🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in its original packaging
It is in resalable condition (no signs of wear or damage)
You have the proof of purchase

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

Clearance or final sale items
Personalized or custom-made products
Used bathroom/kitchen/home hygiene items (for safety reasons)

🚚 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at with photos and a description. We’ll send a replacement or refund as needed.
